Founded in 2023 by former Green Berets Kevin Piper and Zachary Leggett, R3 Cabinets is proudly based in Clarksville, Montgomery County, Tennessee. After completing their military service at Fort Campbell, Kentucky, Kevin and Zach chose to remain in the area, raise their families, and contribute to the growth and prosperity of the greater Clarksville area. Kevin and Zach work collaboratively, drawing on their teamwork experiences in the Army, to tackle challenges and make decisive decisions that enhances the customer experience.

Kevin, an experienced and successful entrepreneur with a background in the Clarksville real estate market, takes on the role of Chief Executive Officer at R3 Cabinets. As CEO, Kevin drives the business development and growth of the company.

Zach, an expert in operations and customer service, serves as the Chief Operating Officer. Zach brings proven leadership experience from both government service and the private sector, including his most recent role as the Senior Director of Operations and Continuous Improvement at The ICEE Company. His main focus includes establishing and improving operational systems and processes, managing daily operations, optimizing production efficiency, and upholding high-quality standards.
